Honor 80 a smartphone launching in 2023

Honor will host a launch event in China later this month.
The business officially announced today that the Honor 80 GT will be unveiled on December 26 in China at 7:30 p.m. (local time).

According to earlier rumors, the phone would continue to run on the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Soc, which will be reduced in speed from 3.2GHz to 3GHz. It is also expected to include a 1.5K 120Hz OLED screen that supports 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.

Honor presented the latest models of its Honor 80 Series smartphones alongside the company’s premium foldable smartphone, the Magic Vs.

The Honor 80 series consists of the Honor 80, Honor 80 Pro, and the Honor 80 SE, a scaled-back version of the standard device.

Let’s look at the prices of the new Honor 80 and Honor 80 Pro.

The phone is confirmed to come in Interstellar Black, Streamer Mirror, and Light Rain Meteor colour options, as well as 12GB+256GB and 16GB+256GB editions.

The business will also unveil the Honor V8 Pro tablet, which runs MagicOS 7.0, along with the Honor 80 GT.

The teaser image verifies the tablet’s keyboard dock and stylus capabilities.

In addition to the Honor 80 GT, the company is anticipated to introduce at least two more products, including the Honor Pad V8 Pro tablet and an Honor 80 Pro model with a flat display.
The Honor 80 GT’s design can be seen in the teaser image above.

Two gadgets are teased by the poster below; the left device appears to be the Honor 80 GT, while the right device appears to be the Honor Pad V8 Pro. The Magic Pen looks to be supported by the latter.

According to rumors, the Honor 80 GT will have 16 GB of RAM and a low-frequency Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor.

It’s believed to have an OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz.

Its triple camera unit, which is led by a 54-megapixel primary camera, is confirmed by the poster.
It appears that the main camera on the gadget is a Sony IMX800.

It might be able to support 66W rapid charging.

The flat screen version of the Honor 80 Pro is anticipated to include the same SD8+G1 processor.
A 1.5K resolution is probably supported by its OLED panel.

It’s possible that its specifications will be the same as those of the Honor 80 Pro, which was unveiled in November.

The Honor Pad V8 Pro is slated to debut as the first IMAX Enhanced tablet in the world.

A 12.1-inch display, a Dimensity 8100 chipset, 33W rapid charging, and MagicOS 7.0 are just a few of the features it will have.

It will probably arrive in orange and blue tones.

The highest model in the collection, the Honor 80 Pro, has a number of cutting-edge features.

It has a 6.78-inch curved OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution (2,700 x 1,224 pixels), a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a peak brightness of 1000 nits, a pixel density of 437 PPI, and high-frequency PWM dimming at 1920 Hz on the front.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC, Adreno 730 GPU, up to 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage are all included inside the Honor 80 Pro.

It’s noteworthy to note that this handset uses a low-frequency variant of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC found in other top smartphones.

The gadget weighs roughly 188 grammes and is barely 7.8mm thick.
